Project Data

  • Independent Living / Assisted Living / Memory Care
  • Facade Modernization
  • New Covered Entry

Project Description

The facade modernization of the Main Place Senior Living is only Phase II of the campus-wide improvements.  We wanted the Assisted Living to complement the Skilled Nursing Entry (completed in Phase I) but to have its own distinct features. The Assisted Living now includes a new tower entrance, a continuous parapet in lieu of the equipment screens, and new finishes to bring curb appeal.  The vision for this campus stemmed from the commitment for Skilled Healthcare and the desire to improve the quality of their buildings to match the superior care provided within.

Main Place Senior Living offers three levels of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.  It is adjacent to Main Place Post Acute, a 169-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the City of Orange, CA.
