Vintage Park at San Martin

GM+A led the renovation of Vintage Park at San Martin, a 62-bed assisted living memory care facility. Our team redesigned the facility to provide a home-like atmosphere for residents while also converting a portion of the building to a hospice care facility that would accommodate 13 new private rooms. As one of the only inpatient hospice care facilities in the Las Vegas area, special attention was paid to make sure all needs and concerns were met for a successful project. Particular considerations included circulation controls and flow patterns, both of which were found to be crucial for both levels of service to function efficiently under one roof.
