UCSD Medical Center - Hillcrest

GM+A led the rooftop air handler replacement at UCSD Medical Center at Hillcrest, which consisted of a consolidation of four separate units with a single air handler. Since the existing mechanical system served the Cardiac Care Unit on the 10th floor, construction was strategically phased for the unit to remain in operation during the entire project duration. In addition, the Telemetry office was relocated and custom-made, ergonomic furniture was included in the design proposal for optimal flexibility.
