Plymouth Tower Care & Living Center

Maedo Architects worked on the Plymouth Tower Living & Care Center, a unique, 7-story integrated care facility that required a complete renovation. Our office's primary scope of work included relocating the existing therapy space from the back of the facility to the front, a move that subsequently allowed for a usage increase in the previously underutilized front lawn. In addition to the repurposing of this space for a new therapy courtyard, this design decision promoted maximum visibility of the therapy space from both the street and the lobby.
