Moreno Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care

Maedo Architects worked with Dr. Carl Rowe to fulfill his vision for the Integrated Care Communities campus, where residents could live in a small neighborhood and feel right at home. This collaboration allowed Maedo Architects to develop a series of homes consisting of resident rooms surrounding a central open living room, dining, and kitchen areas. Our team designed the project as 4 separate buildings at approximately 5,500 sf, each promoting an intimate community between residents.
