Main Place Senior Living

Facade Renovation

Maedo Architects led the façade renovation project at Main Place Senior Living during Phase 2 of the campus improvements. Considering the campus vision stemmed from Skilled Healthcare's commitment and to improve their built space qualities to match their superior standard of care, our team's primary goal through this project was to renovate the assisted living facility to complement the skilled nursing entryway completed during Phase 1 while maintaining the project's own distinct features. The design included a new tower entrance, a continuous parapet in lieu of equipment screens, and new finishes to add curb appeal to the overall project.
