Lompoc Skilled Nursing Facility

Maedo Architects designed the Lompoc facility for California Gold Development, who operated the facility until 2014 when it was acquired by Generations Healthcare. The project includes a dementia unit that utilizes a unique design to skillfully bring nature into the environment through multiple enclosed courtyards. Natural light is also consciously directed into and through the facility, providing both comfort and warmth that contribute to the residents' well-being.
