GM+A worked on a 140 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Bakersfield, California. The facility, which includes 26 beds dedicated to a distinct sub-acute unit, is the first "for profit" SNF that incorporates the "Household Model" concept into a much larger footprint to meet the economies of scale needed to meet financial responsibility.

The facility incorporates our unique design elements and our efficient circulation methods, strategic incorporation of natural light into interior spaces, and our distinct single-loaded resident room corridors that open up to naturally-lit living, dining and activity spaces.
