Arlington Gardens Care Center

The Arlington Gardens Care Center was originally designed by an out-of-state healthcare architect and sat stagnant halfway through construction with a team that struggled to move the project forward for over two years. GM+A was brought onto the project by the owner for our extensive industry knowledge and experience with OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development). Our office led major redesign efforts including the transformation of patient wings into subacute facilities with central oxygen and suction as well as a total building systems design overhaul. Through collaborative efforts from all parties involved, the project was successfully completed under our direction in a considerably short timeframe.
