Technology, as a product of invention, has aided mankind through our rise to civilization. The development of more and more advanced technological methods saves countless lives each day. By allowing us the understanding of new concepts, application of new methods, and ultimately the endless creation of resources we progress farther in all fields.

As with any powerful tool, technology gives us the ability to do good. However, with that ability comes the built-in threat of also causing harm. Technology is but a tool, not a means to an end. It is with this in mind that we are careful about how, armed with technology, we approach our projects. In the healthcare field, technology and the technical skills that support it are essential. Their proper application is critical to the advancement of better care for the residents of the buildings we design.

“The people who resist change will be confronted by the growing number of people who see that better ways are available thanks to technology”
-Bill Gates

“Technology is a gift of God. After the gift of life it is perhaps the greatest of God’s gifts. It is the mother of civilizations, of arts and of sciences.”
Freeman Dyson
