Steve Miller, Associate/Architect, LEED AP, and OSHPD Hospital Inspector are just some of the hats Steve Miller, successfully wears here at Gregg Maedo + Associates.  While attending California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, Steve balanced full time work, church duties, a growing family, and his architectural studies. After graduating in 2008, he continued to expand his reach. All within only two years, Steve earned multiple commendable certifications such as: LEED AP, OSHPD Class A IOR, and his architectural license in the great state of California. His qualities include competency in construction means and methods. He has substantial knowledge of the codes and how to apply them. Steve really knows how to work respectfully and compassionately with people. He feels that designs and activities should be sustainable, using what we need now without sacrificing the needs of future generations.

On top of being Architect, LEED AP and OSHPD Hospital Inspector, he continues to add to his accomplishments by becoming a Certified Accessibility Specialist. Steve continues this rate of achievement today as he inspects hospitals, manages multiple complex projects, and surveys sites for accessibility throughout California. Only a few can hold as many hats and perform each professional role with such confidence and success.

When Steve is not working hard to support our client’s dreams, he proudly prefers to spend time with his wife, three children, and his boy scout troop. We are very fortunate to have Steve is a part of our GM+A family.
