Roger Van Beek’s contributions to the mentoring and development of the GM+A family is a testament to his 40+ year career as an Architect.  Roger graduated from North Dakota State University and currently lives in Southern California. He has practiced architecture at various scales and complexity across the country. Roger’s dynamic skill set makes him an fantastic resource of knowledge for both our clients and firm.

During his years working in several states, Roger developed his architectural skills on a wide array of projects. Some of his work includes: business parks and hotels in Arizona, public libraries in New York, churches in Michigan, ski resorts in Idaho, and today, hospitality projects in California. Roger’s knowledge base expanded to nearly all building types. When he finally decided to settle in California, his technical focus and adaptability drew him to healthcare architecture. As a registered Architect, his experience within the healthcare architecture industry includes working with hospitals, psychiatric facilities, clinics, medical offices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Roger’s professional dedication and over 40 years in architecture, with half of it focused in healthcare architecture, makes him an exceptional resource to our clients.
