Gregg Maedo, Founding Partner, has more than 35 years of architectural experience. In 1988, Gregg started his firm, Gregg Maedo + Associates. He was influenced by his mother, who, as a nurse, had instilled in Gregg the compassion and dedication for taking care of others. The focus of GM+A is in healthcare, mainly concentrating the efforts of the firm in improving the quality of living for the elderly in our society.
Gregg quickly learned the economics of healthcare and the need to be fiscally responsible to the clients he served. As a result, GM+A has become known as the firm that gets its projects built, merging esthetically pleasing form and technically sound function into a design that is successful in all ways including “making money” for GM+A’s clients.
As an Healthcare Expert Witness, Gregg has also provided expert witness testimonies on behalf of our clients.
Beyond Gregg’s life as an Architect, he is deeply involved in his two sons’ lives. He is the basketball coach for their teams, strong supporter for their interest in music & art and hopes one day to make them better fishermen than he is!
