Project Description:

A 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Riverside, California adjacent to the Kaiser Hospital, Arlington Gardens Care Center was originally designed by an experienced out-of-state healthcare architect. After over two years of struggling to move the project forward, we were brought on by the client for our extensive OSHPD experience and industry know-how…. simply put, knowing how to get things done in the California healthcare environment. Major redesign including converting patient wings for Subacute with central oxygen and central suction, a  building systems design over haul ensued to accommodate both the wishes of the owner and the governing jurisdiction. Through intimate teamwork with all players involved and a tireless effort put forth, a successful project emerged at the end, proven by the happy faces of the residents.
