Project Description:
Lompoc Skilled Nursing Facility designed for California Gold which developed, built and currently operates the facility. The facility includes a 28-Bed Dementia Unit. The unique design integrates nature into the environment through the many enclosed courtyards, capturing and bringing natural light into the facility providing comfort and warmth for the residents. To help the facility keep pace with market demands, we recently expanded the existing 28-bed dementia unit to 60 beds.
