Project Description:
Plymouth Tower Living & Care Center is a 7 story integrated care building that houses 2 independent living floors, 3 assisted living floors, 1 skilled nursing floor and ground level common areas for all of its residents. This is a unique building that has dual jurisdiction from both OSHPD and the City of Riverside. Adding to the multi-layered complexity of the permitting process with this project, the building was deemed historical by the city’s Cultural Heritage Board. However, despite the intricate path to approval, we were able to carefully navigate through all the different requirements and meet the needs of all parties, especially those of the residents and operator.
All of the assisted living and independent living floors have been completed. The ground floor common areas are currently under construction. A Physical Therapy Addition is in the works.
