Project Description:
Plymouth Tower Living & Care Center is a 7 story integrated care building that houses 2 independent living floors, 3 assisted living floors, 1 skilled nursing floor and ground level common areas for all of its residents. This is a unique building that has dual jurisdiction from both OSHPD and the City. To further complicate the permitting procedures, the building was deemed historical by the city’s Cultural Heritage Board. Despite the complicated process, we were able to carefully navigate through all the different requirements and met the needs of all parties, especially that of the residents and operator.
All the assisted living and independent living floors have been completed. The ground floor common areas are currently under construction.
