Since joining the GM+A family, Gladys has shown tremendous passion and talent toward making the built environment a better place. Her sincere compassion for the elderly combined with her ability to conceive and execute successful solutions for her clients quickly propelled her to Partner status at the firm.

Gladys exemplifies GM+A’s noted aptitude for skillfully combining technical knowledge with aesthetic design. Her extensive work within the entertainment sector granted significant insights to the thousands of hours of research in achieving a joyful, uplifting atmosphere. By infusing these insights into GM+A’s design concepts, she has became our resident “ assisted living architect ” we turn to for market sensitive senior living designs.

With her Architectural licenses in several states, Gladys is leading the charge in sharing these uniquely GM+A concepts with long term care facilities nationwide.
